Understanding your dashboard
You will have been provided a link to your unique reporting dashboard by the Project Manager.
This dashboard collates the data collected by your site and allows you to view, filter and review the data based on your preferences.

Reports available in your dashboard
Your dashboard is split into a series of reports. These include:
Key user journeys
To understand the key user journeys of your website. The data on the report provides information on click activity of the shown pages, for instance, appointments.
Popular pages
To understand the most popular content pages on your website. The data on the report provides information on what pages your patients are most engaged with.
Visits are from
To understand the source of your website's traffic.
Search terms
To understand what search terms are being used on your website's site search function.
Device types
To understand what devices patients are using to visit your website.
Pages not found
To understand broken pages or pages which are missing from your website. It shows pages that patients and users of your websites have tried to access but don't exist on your site.
Time your website was visited
To understand at what time of day, week or date patients visited your website.
Outbound service action - key user journeys
To understand actions that patients are taking on your site which direct them to an external link, such as 111, the NHS site or more.
Quota errors
To understand quota errors. These are caused by limits that Google has set on the amount of data that a single dashboard can receive within a time period
Other actions
To understand significant actions on your website by your patients such as accessing the NHS UK app, form completions, telephone clicks and more.
