As the pilot scheme draws to a close, NHS South West’s 12 months’ free hosting and support for the website will conclude, with practices assuming responsibility for hosting and maintenance of their website from 1st January 2025.
Balancing budget-friendly pricing with continued access to industry-leading technical expertise and the ongoing opportunity to help inform and improve the solution, Spindogs are pleased to share the following hosting and support options for pilot practices:
Standard Support
- Hosting, vulnerability scanning and backups
- Minor version updates and security patching
- Analytics dashboard access
- 3hrs of annual content and training support
- Continued participation in QI group and related website improvements
- Regular group drop-in sessions
£400 p/a or £35 p/m via Direct Debit
Advanced Support
- As per Standard Support but with 8hrs of annual content and training support.
- Ideal for GPs who need additional help with updating and maintaining content.
£800 p/a or £70 p/m via Direct Debit
